- “Nothing is more important than making a woman feel sexy!”

I can’t really remember a time when jewelry hasn't been a part of my life, or friends asking me, “where did you get that?”  Somehow something that I love, turned into a passion called Shotzie's Way. 

As a young girl, I used to sneak in my grandmother’s room to borrow her jewelry.  At the end of my day, I would rush home to beat her home so I could  place the items back before she would notice anything missing.

Growing up, I was surrounded by women in my family who exude elegance and class, I learned so much just by watching them.  They were cultured, understood their value, and how to make an entrance in a room.  I always admired what they wore, especially their jewelry. It was in those times that I learned the importance of quality, style and a unique sense of presence.   

One memory that still makes me smile was during my high school years.  I overheard my grandmother say, I would love some gold and onyx earrings.  I worked a part time job and saved my money from each paycheck and when Christmas came around, I managed to gift her those earrings and she lit up with excitement.  The joy illuminating from her; made me feel it too!

Two things I learned that day, if you pay attention gift giving is easy, because people always somewhere in their conversation mention their desires. The right piece of jewelry can mean a lifetime of cherished memories that can be replayed over and over again.

Years have since gone by and some of those beautiful women have passed on, but not without leaving me some of their beautiful treasures.  Those women taught me some great life lessons about self-love that I embody today.

We understand the benefits of making a woman feel empowered and beautiful, and so we have committed to take 10% of sales revenues to give back to women need with the hopes that one day they can create beautiful memories that can be passed down for generations.
